Terms governing your rental agreement with Harris Portables.

Agreement

By booking, you accept our rental terms.

Equipment is provided for the agreed-upon duration.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

Client must provide clear access for maintenance trucks.

Hazardous materials must not be placed in units.

Clients are responsible for damages beyond normal wear.

Harris Portables is not liable for site-specific incidents.

Cancellations must be requested 48 hours in advance.

Only our technicians may service the units.

All rentals adhere to local health codes.

Disputes are handled under local legal jurisdiction.
